Virtual GP appointments – with in-clinic support

As part of our efforts to make accessing care easier, we’ve introduced a new option to see your doctor and increase appointment availability.

On selected days, we offer GP appointments where you come into the clinic as usual and are supported by our nursing team, while your doctor consults with you via a secure video call. The consultation takes place in a private room using secure technology provided by our practice.

You will still receive a full consultation, including:

• Support from our in-clinic nursing team

• Real-time access to your GP

• Examinations and observations as needed.

  
  

We still offer regular in-person GP appointments. You will know prior to booking whether your appointment is a virtual doctor consultation or not. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to our friendly team.
